1. Subscription Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Upon cancellation, access to Kosh CRM services will remain available until the end of the subscription period, regardless of the cancellation date.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless within the trial period.
2. Refund Policy
- Within Trial Period : If a customer cancels their subscription within the trial period, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- After Trial Period : If the trial period has been crossed, no refunds will be issued. However, the service will continue to be available until the end of the billing cycle.
- Monthly & Yearly Plans : No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the trial period, whether the subscription is on a monthly or yearly plan. The service will remain accessible until the end of the respective billing cycle.
3. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Refunds will not be granted for partial usage of the subscription period.
- No refunds will be provided due to a change of mind or non-usage of the service after the trial period.
- In cases of technical issues or billing errors, customers may contact our support team for resolution.
