4Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime. To delete your account:

1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app.
2. Confirm your request.

5Data Retention :

We retain your data only as long as necessary for legal or business purposes. Once deleted, data recovery will not be possible.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Avoid sharing your login credentials with others.

7Intellectual Property :

Kosh CRM, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of AARHAT ISERV LLP. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

8Service Modifications :

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any disruptions caused by such modifications.

9Limitation of Liability :

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kosh CRM.
• Loss of data or business opportunities caused by system downtime or user error.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution :

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Kolkata, India.

13Refund Policy :

We offer a no-refund policy for subscription plans unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement. Any disputes regarding payments should be addressed to support@koshcrm.com.
